CHAD1000X is a renowned CrossFit Hero Workout (WOD) consisting of 1,000 box step-ups for time, traditionally performed on Veterans Day to honor the memory of Navy SEAL Senior Chief Chad Wilkinson. Originally created by Chad to train for a grueling 23,000-foot mountaineering climb in Argentina, the workout now serves as a global movement.
